Saige Homecare is currently looking for a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to work in a home care setting. Open availability preferred as there are daytime, evening and potentially overnight shifts available.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you would work under the supervision of our Registered Nurses and provide professional nursing care to the home care client.

Pay

$26-$28 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

- Performing specialized nursing procedures

- Ability to follow Care Plan

- Complete comprehensive client assessments

- Observation, Documentation, Reporting and Charting of client conditions and changes

- Remain on-call for clients who have healthcare emergencies

- Provide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed

Qualifications

- Active LPN License in good standing with CLPNA

- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate

- Current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (Completed in the last 6 months)

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, problem solving and organizational skills

- Access to a computer and cell phoneAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and to complete assignments in a timely manner
