Job Title: Computer Help Desk SupervisorJob Summary

Spring Financial is seeking a seasoned Computer Help Desk Supervisor to oversee technical support operations. This role will involve supervising a team of technical support workers, providing front-line assistance, and resolving complex technical problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technical support workers and train new employees to ensure effective performance.
  • Provide front-line assistance to users through phone, email, or chat, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, configure and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Refer to technical documentation to research and implement solutions, conduct training sessions, and create user-friendly guides for common issues.
  • Support business systems, networks, and internet services, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain and organize a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support personnel.
  • Contribute to the redesign and improvement of applications and software systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews and employee development.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a User Support Technician/Help Desk Agent, preferably with experience as a Help Desk Supervisor.
  • 2-3 years of college program or bachelor's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical skills include troubleshooting issues, installing software, managing system settings, and resolving errors; familiarity with industry-specific software applications and troubleshooting common issues; ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
