GAM Tech is seeking a dedicated Chinese-speaking L1 Support Hero to join our Service Delivery team in Metro Vancouver. This position is the first line of defense for IT support, providing fast and friendly technical support. You will troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to the L2 team as necessary.
The successful candidate should possess 1+ years of IT support experience, along with fluency in Chinese and English.
