Senior Interior Designer

Our client, a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the team in creating enduring value for senior living communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codes
- Research and select appropriate finishes and furnishings within budget
- Manage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finish
- Mentor and manage junior design team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Occasional travel to the United States required
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design
- Strong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and Illustrator
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Passionate, creative, and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
