OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an AI Conversational UX Content Strategist to shape the voice, tone, and flow of next-generation conversational experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to ensure our AI interactions feel natural, human-centered, and on-brand—balancing empathy, precision, and technical clarity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop conversation frameworks and dialogue flows for AI-driven experiences (chat, voice, and multimodal).

- Create clear, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent copy that enhances user trust and engagement.

- Define and document tone, persona, and messaging guidelines for conversational interfaces.

- Partner with data scientists and engineers to refine AI responses and behaviors based on real user data.

- Conduct user testing and analyze conversational logs to identify UX opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Research teams to create end-to-end conversational journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design.

- Deep understanding of AI and NLP technologies (LLMs, intents, prompt engineering).

- Strong storytelling, information architecture, and microcopy skills.

- Experience designing for chatbots, voice assistants, or virtual agents.

- Strategic mindset — able to define frameworks and standards, not just execute.

- Bonus: Experience working with generative AI platforms or multimodal experiences.
