Must have the following qualifications: - Personal Support Worker Certificate or Equivalent - Must be patient, kind, caring and committed to provide excellent care for seniors - Current CPR and First Aid Certificate - Willingness to work some weekends - Must have good written and spoken English - Must be able to follow a care plan accurately - Must have a mobile phone - Must have Ontario Driver's License - Must have a reliable vehicle and independently be able to arrive at shifts - Must live in our service area due to variable client schedule - Provide TB 1 and TB 1 tests prior to employment commencing Job Requirements LOCATION: GUELPH, ON (REQUIRED) This role will be required to travel between Guelph, Fergus and surrounding area - Job Types: Full-time, Part-time - Benefits for full time staff > 30 hours a week after 3 months - Available Schedules: Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, Night Shifts and Must work Every Second Weekend at a Minimum - Experience: PSW: 3 years (required) - Licence/Certification: CPR Certification (required), Driving Licence (required) - Location: Guelph, ON (required) - Work Location: On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr
