Senior Director - Customer Education & Enablement
Visier gives organizations a Workforce AI Edge: a set of AI-powered capabilities that help leaders understand the relationship between people and work, elevate the productivity of their employees, and win by adapting to change faster. We're a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions. All Visier technology is underpinned by its Real-time People Data Platform, which uses AI to unlock the business-transforming potential of people data, work data, and the fusion of both.
Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, Visier has over 60k customers in 75 countries - including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Experian, Amgen, eBay, Ford Motor Company, and more.
Visier stands at the forefront of the AI and People Analytics revolution, empowering organizations to make better decisions through data-driven insights about their workforce. Our platform transforms how businesses understand, manage, and optimize their most valuable asset - their people. As we expand our market leadership and accelerate growth, we are rapidly evolving from a specialized analytics provider to a comprehensive enterprise solution for AI that sits at the intersection of HR technology, business intelligence, and strategic workforce planning.
A critical part of this evolution is ensuring that our customers and internal teams are not only trained on the how, but are also deeply enabled on the why - accelerating time-to-value, building confidence, and driving strategic outcomes. This is a transformational moment for our company, as we move from 'customer education' to 'community enablement and engagement'.
We're seeking a forward-thinking Leader for Customer Enablement & Education to transform our customer education efforts into a comprehensive enablement program for our products that reaches our customers, employees and partners. This leader will oversee Visier University, scale our customer community, accelerate the use of AI in our customer enablement, and drive internal product learning for customer-facing teams. This is all about enabling our customers, employees, and partners to maximize their success with Visier an outside-in view of what learning could be is most important.
You will be responsible for leading a high-impact team that includes training resources, as well as a community of content creators spanning our product, engineering, tech support, and other functions.
What You'll be doing
- Translate business strategy and customer trends into a plan for enabling people to use and be delighted by Visier's software. This includes helping people understand what it does, what it can do, and how to get things done with our software.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across instructional design, communications, community management, and internal enablement.
- Build a strategy that goes beyond traditional 'take a course' learning. You will drive the enablement of partners, customers, and employees, so they can effectively use our software and build upon our platform.
- Understand our audiences and blend the need for engagement with a wide range of audiences - using our learning resources and communications challenges to meet them where they are.
- Partnering with other parts of Visier, including Marketing, Product, Partnership, and Customer Success.
- Drive measurable outcomes in learning that can be connected to customer retention, adoption, partner success, and other key performance indicators.
- Set the editorial and experiential tone for how people interact with Visier University and other training and enablement materials.
- Work across Visier to ensure we present as a unified enablement experience that leverages and integrates technical content, sales content, knowledge articles, and other materials that are produced across our organization.
- Design and manage an enablement and learning architecture that supports both external users (customers and partners) and internal teams (CSMs, Services, support, and partner success) across their entire learning journey.
- Act as a visible ambassador for learning and enablement, representing Visier at customer events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across instructional design, communications, community management, and internal enablement.
What You'll bring to the table
- Extensive experience in Customer Enablement, Education, or Revenue Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling internal and external learning programs tied to product adoption, team performance, and customer outcomes
- A track record for building agile learning and enablement content and functions
- The know-how for applying AI to the creation and consumption of learning and enablement
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional influence
- Comfort translating abstract strategy into clear learning solutions and measurable goals.
- Executive presence with outstanding communication skills - capable of engaging customers, executives, and cross-functional teams alike
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and community platforms
- Familiarity with people analytics, HRTech, or SaaS data platforms is a strong plus
Joining Visier means being part of a high-growth, mission-driven team where your work has real impact. You'll collaborate with smart, curious people, accelerate your career, expand your skills, and be part of a high-growth company that values curiosity, transparency, and continuous learning.
