Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Customer Services bid management processes
- Analyze customer requirements and define winning bid strategies
- Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
- Develop technical, commercial, delivery, and pricing concepts
- Manage reviews, approvals, clarifications, negotiations, and handovers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Several years of bid, proposal, or commercial project management experience
- Understanding of maintenance, lifecycle, and long-term service models
- Commercial acumen covering pricing, costing, and contracts
- Knowledge of rail systems or infrastructure services is an asset Use structured bid leadership, stakeholder communication, and commercial judgment to advance Siemens Mobility rail service proposals.
