As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Advanced Planning Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering customized tax-efficient wealth strategies to our clients.

As a Senior Advanced Planning Advisor, you will work closely with our cross-disciplinary team to guide business owners and their families through complex estate, succession, and corporate planning challenges. This role is about more than product – it’s about leadership, relationships, and helping clients make decisions that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities

- Partner with HNW clients and their advisors to uncover goals and architect bespoke insurance solutions aligned with succession, estate, and tax planning priorities.
- Collaborate with Stone Owl’s specialists to structure advanced insurance-based strategies for long-term wealth protection and liquidity planning.
- Lead implementation and client service reviews, ensuring strategies remain aligned with evolving needs and legislative changes.
- Engage in continuous learning through real client engagements and contribute to the development of new planning ideas and frameworks.
- Support growth initiatives by working with Principals and Associate Principals on strategic opportunities and client presentations.
- Bring a network of professionals and a track record of establishing trust with clients and advisors alike.

Requirements

- A seasoned professional with credentials such as CPA, CFP, CLU, TEP, FEA, or JD/LLB.
- Deeply experienced in tax, estate, and corporate planning for business families and private enterprises.
- A strong communicator who can translate technical recommendations into real-life value for clients.
- A relationship builder who thrives in collaborative, high-stakes environments.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
