- Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) - Mandatory

- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory

Role and Facility Information

As Canada's largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we prioritize patients and their families' health. Our clinic is located in one of Vancouver's fast-growing, high-density areas in the Kitsilano catchment, near Cambie Village, VGH medical precinct, and City Hall. It is easily accessible via SkyTrain and only a short bike ride from downtown.

Our Fairview Slopes location is a multi-disciplinary clinic with a collegiate atmosphere and a physician-focused MOA support team. The clinic provides virtual and telehealth options accessible from home.

The ideal physician will provide full-scope family practice, either full-time or part-time, with a small walk-in component. We offer flexible hours, allowing you to manage your own schedule.

Financials

- Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30 (FFS, PCN available)

- Financial agreement coordinated with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 6 exam rooms

- Shared office space

- Oscar EMR

Hours

Flexible Walk-in available. The clinic is open Mon - Fri. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. No strict policy around time off.

Hospital and ER Department Shifts

These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

On Call Arrangement

Staff

Currently, there are 8 part-time and full-time physicians, an office manager, and MOAs to assist with the transition process.

Files

The clinic uses Oscar EMR. There are no paper charts.

Qualifications

- Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)

- Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
