About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Auditor with a focus on P&C Actuarial and Risk Management. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance, particularly in the areas of pricing, reserving, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to audits that assess key risks, governance, processes, and controls within the P&C (re)insurance value chain. The role requires the ability to engage with senior leaders, communicate complex findings, and provide independent assurance and challenge at an executive level. The Senior Auditor will also be involved in identifying emerging risks and developing insights to enhance risk management and decision-making. Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in P&C insurance and/or reinsurance, with a significant focus on actuarial work. Strong knowledge of P&C actuarial methodologies is essential, and actuarial credentials or substantial progress toward qualification are preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience in leading complex projects. While not mandatory, additional qualifications such as knowledge of IFRS 17, US GAAP, experience in internal audit, risk management, or control functions, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks for (re)insurance companies are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, able to assess actuarial matters within a broader business context, and have a proven track record of collaboration and team coaching.
