- Mentor Delivery Owners through Agile leadership
- Drive evidence-based planning and forecasting
- Lead Agile Center of Excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Six to eight years in Agile delivery
- Three-plus years as Delivery Owner or Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Professional certifications
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management Lead Agile delivery practice evolution at Fitch Ratings through AI enablement, coaching, measurable outcomes, and transparent risk management.
