The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, exceptional leadership, and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully bringing AI & ML products from concept to market. What you’ll Do Product Vision, and Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and inspires the product organization. Craft and execute a strategy for AI & ML products, that focuses on delivering meaningful value to customers. Prioritize features, data infrastructure, and maintenance efforts based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Communicate an AI/ ML product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, maintain and measure the success of this roadmap. Product Research and Customer Discovery: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategies. Engage with current and prospective customers to identify product opportunities and gaps. Partner with customer success and sales teams to understand the customer needs and build customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting AI and ML. Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead 2 AI & ML development teams through the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Advocate for voice of the customer in all phases of the product development process. Work closely with software developers, data science, machine learning, product designers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Develop and communicate product briefs, technical requirements, and data modeling expectations to cross functional development teams. Implement and manage metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Other Ad-hoc duties as required. What you’ll bring 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. At least 2 years in product management experience focusing on AI and/or ML products. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. Strong understanding of AI & ML technologies, including but not limited to natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and with stakeholders. Are you ready to become an Absorber?
