Work environment

Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to fill two (2) French essential positions. This process may also be used to fill current and future vacancies.

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications
EDUCATION
For level HP-03: Diploma of Vocational Studies in Stationary Engine Mechanics with a valid Power Engineer certificate as 4th Class Stationary Engineer.
For level HP-04: Diploma of Vocational Studies in Stationary Engine Mechanics with a valid Power Engineer certificate as 2nd Class Stationary Engineer. Additionally, possess a class B ticket in refrigeration equipment (Essential for St-Jean only).
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the functioning and control of high-pressure and low-pressure steam installation.

Operational requirements
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required and on rotating shifts of 12 hours, on a 24/7 basis.
Conditions of employment
Reliability Status security clearance - Security level: reliability. Obtain and maintain a Departmental driver’s license, DND 404.
