As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support key marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

You will play a critical role in executing campaigns, creating content, and optimizing marketing efforts to engage our target audience and effectively promote our solutions. Success in this role will require adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting, hardworking, remote and flexible team that is relentlessly focused on revolutionizing the construction industry.

About the role

Earning potential: $65,000 – $90,000 CAD annually

Location: Hybrid

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (flexible)

Start Date: Flexible

What you'll do:

1. Ensure consistent brand messaging for Premier and Cortex across all marketing materials.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads.
3. Create and edit content (blogs, social media, emails, landing pages).
4. Collaborate with teams to align marketing assets with brand and campaign goals.
5. SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
6. Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Coordinate webinars, events, and other promotional activities to support lead generation and client engagement.
9. Capture video, photo content, and reels at key tradeshows and events, showcasing Premier's presence and workshops.

About you:

1. 2+ years of digital marketing experience across email, social media, and digital ads.
2. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Previous experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role is preferred.
4. Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, and social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
5. Experience with website management via CMS platforms.
6. Intermediate understanding of SEO best practices.
7. Comfortable with travel to capture content at events.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, handling many projects at once.
10. Bonus: Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
