Key Responsibilities
• Develop integrated strategies for security and guest experience
• Oversee event risk assessments and emergency response
• Lead staffing, technology, and procedures alignment
• Manage venue protection frameworks and security operations
• Build partnerships with emergency services and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
• 10+ years in security or guest experience roles
• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Training in Incident Command or Emergency Management
• Valid Security Worker License or ability to obtain Enhance security and guest experience at BC Place, leading operational integrity and safety at every event.
