Description of Opportunity

Brilliant Minds Counselling and Therapy Centre is hiring
We are seeking a self-employed Occupational Therapist to join our team. We provide the space, clients, software, and admin support—your role is to deliver assessments and treatment.

This is a commission-based contractor position, with therapists earning 60% of billed sessions. Our in-clinic rate is $155/hr (higher for optional home visits). Weekly hours are consistent and set collaboratively based on your availability.

Applicants must be registered and in good standing with COTO.

Responsibilities

- Provide assessments, reports, and treatment for children and teens

- Deliver in-clinic sessions (home visits optional)

- Monitor progress and communicate feedback to families

- Collaborate with other professionals and consult with community partners

- Communicate effectively with children and parents

- Maintain accurate and timely charting
