Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Civil 3D drawings for municipal and land development projects
- Prepare surface grading, utilities, pond, and stormwater design plans
- Interpret engineering markups, criteria, standards, and field data
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs into constructible design packages
- Complete drawing checks, revisions, and design updates
Requirements:
- 8+ years of CAD drafting and design experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of City of Calgary design standards
- Understanding of Alberta transportation practices, MMCD, and TAC guidelines
- Ability to lead technicians on larger infrastructure projects Bring Civil 3D, grading, utilities, and coordination expertise to WSP’s Calgary infrastructure design team serving Alberta.
