Key Responsibilities
• Lead the HR function and manage an HR Generalist
• Partner with leaders on talent management and people strategy
• Guide employee relations and performance management processes
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding practices
• Monitor HR metrics to optimize organizational performance
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years in hands-on HR leadership
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Experience in multi-site organizations preferred
• HRIS experience; ADP Workforce Now or BambooHR an asset Drive impactful HR practices and foster talent development within a dynamic organization.
