Key Responsibilities
• Resolve incidents affecting WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN connectivity
• Analyze alarms, logs, and metrics to optimize network performance
• Troubleshoot routing, overlays, and QoS issues across networks
• Communicate clearly with customers during technical incidents
• Plan and implement impactful network changes and migrations
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma related to networking and IT
• Over 3 years of relevant networking experience
• Proficient in IP networking, subnetting, VLANs, and routing
• Hands-on experience with technical incident management
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences Elevate customer experiences and enhance network reliability through expertise and teamwork.
