We are hiring for a Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant at our location in Cochrane, AB.
You will be responsible for:
1. Receive written prescriptions and written or verbal refill requests.
2. Input all patient and prescription information into the computer.
3. Perform all tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, expiry date checks, balance owing, and inventory corrections.
4. Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
5. Communicate allergy, interaction, and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.
You have:
1. Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years of dispensary experience.
2. A passion for outstanding service.
3. A strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.
4. Enthusiasm and a customer-focused approach.
