Cabinet Builder/Labourer

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Builder/Labourer to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, have a good work ethic, and enjoy working with your hands, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

- Assist in building, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and millwork
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials using power and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Load/unload materials and help with deliveries as needed
- Support lead builders with day‑to‑day shop and site tasks

Requirements:

- Some experience with woodworking or carpentry preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to ready a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to communicate and work with others in a positive manner
- Ability to work safely keeping safety of one’s self and others a priority
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have safety work boots and a tape measure
