IT Support Specialist
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and providing technical assistance to users on common hardware issues, as well as providing technical support on our software systems Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. In addition, this role will be responsible for the maintenance and management of our infrastructure both on site and on the cloud. Key Responsibilities:
· Providing technical service to users by installing and configuring computer systems; diagnosing and providing solutions to hardware related issues.
· Developing and customizing CRM to improve functionality for users as well as improve business processes.
· Maintain and support our Microsoft Azure (cloud) infrastructure by conducting regular checks and troubleshooting all issues.
· Providing support and training to users utilizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Engaging in the development of training modules for new hires and providing frequent re-training on new software additions to existing users.
· Monitor Veeam Backup & Replication system by conducting daily health checks and periodic failover tests.
· Aid in the development and upkeep of Power BI reports utilized by the organization.
· Procure IT supplies through the development of relationships with vendors and negotiations.
· Engage in the implementation of new software as required.
· Identify process improvements utilizing our existing technology.
· Ad-Hoc Tasks as required.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
· 2 – 4 years of experience required.
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Automate.
· Experience in supporting Azure infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and networking is preferred.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI is beneficial.
· Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude and passion for excellence

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
