Overview

Irons Financial Services Inc., a proud Co-operators agency, is growing and looking for a people-focused Insurance & Investment Advisor to join our Simcoe team.

In this role, you’ll help local families, farmers, and business owners plan for their future through life insurance, investments, and wealth management solutions. You’ll receive paid training and mentorship from an experienced advisor, with a clear path toward becoming a fully licensed Financial Advisor.

What we offer

- Base salary $45,000–$60,000 (depending on experience/licensing)

- Commission potential $10,000–$30,000 annually

- Health benefits, retirement plan, and paid licensing support

- Full training and mentorship in a supportive team environment

You bring

A confident, people-first approach, strong communication skills, curiosity, and an interest in learning about financial planning. LLQP or mutual fund license an asset (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
