London, Canada Momo Medical B.V. Full time

Do you want to play a key role in driving the growth, development, and positive impact of an ambitious healthcare scale-up? As a dynamic Implementation Lead, you will be the face of Momo Medical for long‑term care homes in your region, working with your team to expand our impact. We are looking for an Implementation Lead in Southern Ontario.

Momo Medical

Momo Medical is a fast‑growing and ambitious scale‑up, tackling one of the biggest societal challenges: the future of elderly care. Over the next decade, demand for care is expected to double, while 30% of the current workforce is projected to retire. Our innovative solutions aim to reduce the pressure on healthcare workers while improving the quality of care for residents.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, we serve LTC homes in Europe and North America. As we branch out into Canada, we are building a local team of motivated professionals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in elderly care.

Most valuable aspects of the role

- 📋 You support caregivers every step of the way in adopting the Momo BedSense App into their daily work routines and help overcome their challenges.

- Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, ideally with experience in elderly healthcare or health‑technology implementation.

- A competitive salary + flexible employee benefits plan.

- You spend 70% of the time in LTC homes, meeting with care homes across Southern Ontario.

- You contribute to better care for nursing home residents and help reduce the workload for healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities

As an Implementation Lead at Momo, you are the face of Momo Medical for both existing and potential new LTC homes. Your mission is successful when both the caregivers and management teams of the LTC homes are happy to work with Momo and exploit the value of the Momo app in their day‑to‑day work. You build strong relationships with care staff and management teams, leading to sustainable partnerships. You make new LTC homes excited to start working with the Momo App, support care staff and management in every step of the implementation process, and continue to maintain a strong relationship along the way.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Project Leadership: You will be the main point of contact for long‑term care homes adopting Momo BedSense, overseeing the entire implementation process, from initial introduction to final evaluation.

- On‑Site Support: Manage installation logistics, conduct training sessions for care staff, and provide hands‑on support during site visits and by phone.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with LTC home management and staff, frequently visiting and calling to gather feedback, answer questions, and offer ongoing support.

- Problem‑Solving: Identify and address bottlenecks during implementation, working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and happy users.

- Expansion & Networking: Actively engage potential LTC homes by attending conferences and networking events, growing the number of active users in Ontario.

- Continuous Learning: Gather insights from user feedback to continually improve the implementation process and contribute to future product development.

Who are you?

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally in elderly care or health‑technology implementation.

- Customer‑centric approach; you are passionate about creating a positive experience for care staff and excel in providing exceptional service.

- You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile. You thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to change plans if things change.

- You are able to communicate with different layers in a care organization, from executives to frontline care staff, and you can adjust your conversation accordingly.

- You are proactive and hands‑on. Momo is new to Canada, and we’ve just started to build a local team.

- You are an active listener and have a curious mindset: What are their challenges? What does this organization need? And how can we collaborate to solve the biggest challenges in elderly care?

- You work in a structured and organized manner. You plan consistent and timely follow‑ups with care homes, and manage your daily schedule with clear priorities and discipline.

- You are ready to travel for 70% of your time visiting LTC homes across Southern Ontario to make meaningful connections with the teams on‑site.

- It’s a pre if you have experience or a network in the long‑term care industry.

Why join Momo Medical

- You want to use your skills and experience to make a visible impact in elderly care in Canada.

- You thrive in a fast‑growing scale‑up where no two days are the same.

- You enjoy working with enthusiastic and talented colleagues toward a shared goal while having fun along the way.

What we offer

- Make a real impact on healthcare workers through an innovative solution.

- Full‑time 1‑year contract with the intention to extend, travel expense reimbursement, and a flexible employee benefits plan.

- Salary: 60,000 – 90,000 CAD (based on 40h), depending on experience and qualifications.

- Annual trip to the Netherlands to get to know the company and bond with your colleagues overseas
