As a Labourer at Drax, you will support the efficient operation of our pellet production systems by performing a variety of construction, repair, installation, and maintenance activities. Your Day-to-Day as a Labourer. You'll be:

- Responsible for performing a variety of construction, repair, installation, and maintenance activities that support Drax's pellet production systems.
- Operate various equipment and tools related to maintenance and rail activities.
- Maintain the highest safety standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable government regulations and corporate policies.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to daily, weekly, or monthly schedules, or as assigned by the Plant Manager or their designate.
- Assist in the safe and efficient loading of rail cars.
- Help with loading pellets and complete the necessary administrative tasks for shipping pelletized products.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
- Operate mobile equipment as assigned.
- Report any safety incidents or infractions.
- Assist maintenance staff or complete basic maintenance tasks when the plant is down, either independently or under the guidance of maintenance personnel.

What you'll bring:
To excel in this vital role, you'll need:

- Experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent?
- Experience operating mobile equipment safely and efficiently
