Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily yard operations and team performance
• Drive efficiency and meet operational targets consistently
• Promote a robust safety culture and lead safety meetings
• Operate shunt tractor for trailer movement as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking of materials
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in yard or industrial operations
• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License and experience with super B trailers
• Willingness to work the night shift
• Strong leadership and communication skills
