Pre-Sales Network Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist the pre-sales team with preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain records related to network solutions, proposals, and internal communications
- Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Support internal teams with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues (Level 1 and 2)
- Manage ticketing systems and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams
- Stay current on network products and internal processes
- Help streamline administrative workflows and improve team productivity

Key Qualifications:

- Network knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices and troubleshooting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network ticketing systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
