Highrise Residential Project Superintendent

Direct full cycle highrise residential delivery for Ledcor from an onsite location in North York, Toronto, or Scarborough, Ontario. Coordinate teams, plans, and schedules. As a seasoned Superintendent, you will oversee a single complex project from preconstruction through completion. Your responsibilities include site logistics, workforce planning, approved plans, building codes, equipment, quality programs, and milestone delivery. You will collaborate with safety personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, consultants, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-bid and preconstruction planning activities
- Coordinate site layout, logistics, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Equip field staff according to plans and specifications
- Review schedules and lead solutions for project delays
- Oversee equipment care, maintenance, and returns

Requirements:
- 10+ years in a Superintendent or similar position
- Full cycle highrise residential construction experience
- Experience with new build and mass timber projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate challenges and create solutions Use construction planning, technical knowledge, and field coordination skills to deliver complex Ledcor residential projects successfully.
