Halifax, Canada Fleetway Engineering Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for Naval Architect Engineers and Technologists to join our growing engineering team at Fleetway. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Canada's National Shipbuilding Strategy, supporting the Royal Canadian Navy through the design and delivery of complex marine systems and structures.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that provides full‑spectrum engineering and technical data management services. You'll work on projects that directly impact the Navy's operational readiness—designing, analyzing, and integrating systems that help ensure our fleet is “ready to help, ready to lead, and ready to fight.”

We’re committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Fleetway is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.

We encourage applicants to self‑identify if they belong to an underrepresented group, as part of our commitment to equitable hiring practices and fostering a truly inclusive workforce.

If you require accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know—we’re happy to help.
