Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and settle large injury claims
• liaise with clients and legal representatives for case resolution
• Manage intricate files in defense and ADR settings
• Provide coaching and technical support to team members
• Uphold impeccable standards of client service
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant claims experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• CIP designation required
• Hold necessary provincial adjuster license(s)
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills Be part of a thriving team committed to excellence in claims management at CGIC.
