We are looking for a professional and motivated Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team of real estate professionals. In this role, you will guide clients through the full home-buying journey, acting as their trusted advisor from the first conversation to the final closing.

You will work with pre-qualified leads, conduct property showings, provide market insight, negotiate on behalf of buyers, and ensure every client experiences a smooth and positive transaction. This is a client-focused role suited for someone who is energetic, determined, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

Qualifications

- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- An established track record of successful real estate sales

Compensation

$75,000+
