Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Parts Advisor with Ford brand experience to join the team at Thorncrest Ford.

- Have no management or leadership experience but have a drive to learn and evolve

- Have 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in a Ford dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality services

- Provide customers with information about accessory parts and specials

- Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts

- Organize and fill orders out of the stock

- Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup

- Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times

Qualifications:

- The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest growing automotive sales teams in the industry

- The aspiration to grow beyond this position

- Experience with Reynolds/CDK system Required

- Wholesale experience an asset

- 2+ years of Ford Dealership experience in a parts department Required
