Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking an Automation Technician to join our skilled maintenance and facilities engineering team. The Automation Technician's primary responsibility is the safe and continual operation of automated packaging, processing, extraction and other automated equipment. The Automation Technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of the processing and packaging equipment, as well as any daily equipment/operational issues that may occur with the equipment.

CORE JOB DUTIES

1. Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial processing, packaging, and automated equipment, including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electrical troubleshooting.
2. Safely repairs, inspects, troubleshoots, and ensures proper operation of processing and packaging equipment throughout the facilities.
3. Performs maintenance, disassembly, repair, replacement or adjustment of various equipment in accordance with technical specifications and engineering instructions.
4. Performs set-up and changeover of packaging equipment.
5. Interpret technical data – blueprints, manufacturers manuals and specifications.
6. Ensure all production documentation is maintained timely and accurately.
7. At the direction of the Maintenance Manager, partner with operations and production teams to ensure scheduled downtime and proper maintenance of equipment.
8. Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

1. 3+ years of experience inspecting, troubleshooting, performing complex repairs, and or installing high speed packaging and processing equipment.
2. Proficient with lockout tagout procedures (LOTO) and other OSHA safety standards as required.
3. Proficiency and expertise with automated packaging equipment.
4. Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
5. Automation related technical certification (preferred).
6. Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
7. Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
8. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$25 - $26 USD
