InsuraTec is expanding our virtual team and is looking for a Remote Sales & Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of consultative sales and strategic marketing. This role is perfect for licensed professionals who know how to follow a proven system, connect with clients, and drive results from anywhere.

We’ve already done the heavy lifting. With pre-qualified inbound leads, a 100% scripted sales process, and an industry-leading 33% close rate from sat appointments, you can focus on what matters most: conversations, conversions, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound leads and book virtual consultations

Follow a step-by-step, scripted presentation to sell life insurance and related financial products

Share and leverage marketing content to educate and attract potential clients (training provided)

Promote InsuraTec’s offerings using ethical, client-first strategies

Track follow-ups and activity using CRM and digital sales tools

Attend virtual sales meetings, marketing trainings, and professional development sessions

What You Bring

Active life insurance license (required)

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred

Strong communication skills with a confident, professional presence

Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic social media platforms

Self-motivation, coachability, and the ability to follow a proven process while working remotely
