The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Edmonton-based team. This role is a great fit for someone with 1–2+ years of personal lines experience who enjoys the service side of insurance but is also open to participating in sales. You’ll work in a highly collaborative office environment where quoting, broker portal use, and team-based service delivery are part of the daily routine. From May to September, the focus shifts to high-volume new motorcycle business, creating opportunities for sales-minded brokers to increase earnings.

You’re a detail‑oriented and adaptable personal lines broker who thrives in a supportive, high‑activity environment. You enjoy helping clients find the right coverage and are confident navigating company portals. Necessary Qualifications Include
- Alberta Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License
- 1–2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong familiarity with company portals and major personal lines markets
- Experience with Power Broker and/or Applied Systems is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- A service‑first mindset with openness to contributing to sales
- Ability to thrive in a fully in‑office team setting
