Location: Montreal Quebec

MissionsWithin the Active Directory team, you will be joining the technical experts of the Level 3 support team. As part of an agile team, you will be responsible for supporting the production with your expertise. While ensuring the stability of the production you will work closely with the global teams in Paris, Bangalore and Asia on the global projects.

Support L3 support of global active directory infrastructure, run projects: reinstallation of all domain controllers to a newer OS, Expertise on ADFS to handle identity federation for POWER BI

Requirements:

LANGUAGE:

- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

Must have skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
2. Ability to analyze and understand complex issues in Active Directory systems
3. Experience of Windows scripting and Automation via Powershell
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders including senior leaders
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

1. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resourcefulness
2. Team player, organized, and strive for results and quality
3. Experience with Agility
