Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Identify and mobilize the technological resources necessary to carry out the work;
* Plan application and technology deliverables as well as associated cost estimates;
* Coordinate contributors participating in the various delivery activities;
* Ensure the alignment of the teams on the delivery strategy and the objectives of the project;
* Oversee the quality of deliverables and the application of established standards, methods and procedures;
* Manage changes, dependencies and implementation activities;
* Monitor the progress of work, budgets and schedules;
* Analyze risks and issues in order to contribute to their resolution;
* Produce progress reports and communicate elements requiring special attention to stakeholders;
* Foster collaboration between development, architecture, infrastructure, security, test, and operations teams.The profile sought is as follows:* Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
* Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;
* Evolve in the banking or insurance sector;
* Participate in large-scale projects carried out in a multidisciplinary environment;
* Apply the principles and practices of agile approaches;
* Coordinate stakeholders from the fields of development, architecture, infrastructure, security, testing, operations and project management;
* Plan technology deliveries with multiple dependencies and stakeholders;
* Ensure the follow-up of costs, schedules and deliverables;
* Demonstrate leadership, organization and excellent coordination skills;
* Communicate effectively with technical teams and business partners.
