We are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor responsible for ensuring that our products comply with quality, food safety, and sanitation standards. This person will work closely with production teams to ensure continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and participate in the daily activities of the quality team on the production floor.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits (clients, certifications).
- Follow up on non‑conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Write and update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate process evaluations to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Your Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar quality assurance role, ideally in the food industry and in implementing standards.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with external consultants and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools and software.
