Senior OneStream Administrator
Overview: Critical role bridging technical systems and accounting expertise, ensuring the successful deployment and stabilization of the OneStream financial reporting platform, specifically transitioning from a legacy EPM system. Focus on data integrity, IFRS compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finalization of the OneStream conversion (actuals, budget/forecast, cash flow) from the legacy system.
- Execute accurate migration of historical data and perform necessary cross-system reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Design and build financial reports, dashboards, and data models within OneStream based on user needs.
- Lead application and user acceptance testing events; coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide hyper care support post-go-live and maintain application security, user access, and workflow configurations.
- Partner with UK-based project team to support North American global tasks.
Required Experience:
- Advanced OneStream proficiency (implementations, consolidation, reporting, integration).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Experience managing a full financial system implementation life cycle.
