Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
- Develop data handling, archiving, verification, and validation strategies
- Coordinate payroll, HR, benefits, and implementation teams
- Analyze system data, identify issues, and recommend improvements
- Lead testing, documentation, reporting, and end-user readiness activities
Requirements:
- Technology implementation and sustainment experience with relevant post-secondary education
- Experience with pension, payroll, benefits, or time and attendance processing
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4, SuccessFactors, ESS/MSS, or UKG Kronos
- Strong payroll data implementation and migration experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Apply SAP, payroll data migration, testing, and stakeholder coordination expertise to modernize City of Toronto systems.
