Key Responsibilities
• Process weekly payroll and manage benefit enrollments
• Administer onboarding and pre-hire documentation
• Support recruitment efforts for various positions
• Conduct new employee orientation and safety training
• Handle employee relations matters and maintain records
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
