The project is a Hedge Fund Management Platform Implementation for Credits, Equity, IRS, FX
You will be part of a Top Initiative for this hedge fund
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on several type of products and learn a new trading platform
You will have the ability to showcase the work directly to the End users.
The team is responsible for the integration of a trading application (Orchestrade) used for:
• Pre-deal origination workflow and post execution monitoring and life-cycle management.
• Dedicated workflow, configuration of the platform, supporting business
• Leverage strategic standard risk systems
• Integration with Operations, Finance
• Reporting, Reconciliation
• Accounting
The application is Orchestrade:
- Orchestrade is in .Net (C#): Natively connected to Excel
- Database: Microsoft SQL
- Delivered In-House or Hosted (Amazon Web Services)
You will be part of the development team responsible for the migration of the new trading platform.
You will act as a senior .NET developer.

Salary range for New York: 80000 - 200000 USD Gross Per Year dependent on knowledge and experience
Salary range for other locations: competitive local market rates
Responsibilities
A developer who will assist in the implementation (development, unit-test, deployment) of trading program of one of an hedge fund. This is a great chance to learn the investment banking industry, a new application and take part in its success.
The candidate will have a close cooperation with Product Owners, Software Architects and other Software Engineers.
He will be playing a role in establishing and maintaining the relationships of trust with our customers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Orchestrade platform
- Higher technical education in software development or equivalent work experience
- Extensive programming skills in C# and .NET technologies -
- Solid knowledge of database technologies - SQL
- Ability to deliver high-quality production code and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of agile methods (especially Scrum)
- Team player with high motivation
- Good written/oral language skills in English
- Open-minded in dealing with people
- Financial markets experience
