A respected and long-standing law firm in Kent is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its experienced and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied employment caseload within a growing department, with clear progression, hybrid working, and a strong salary package on offer.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of employment matters for both employer and employee clients, including:

- Advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR queries

- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish

- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks

- Providing strategic advice on reorganisations, TUPE, and workplace disputes

- Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters when required

- Assisting with business development and contributing to client training and seminars

About You

- Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience

- Strong technical knowledge and confident handling both contentious and advisory work
