You will report to the Manager, Global Compensation and will support team members as well as HR managers and partners regarding various requests related to total compensation programs. Among other things, you will need to respond to questions related to compensation, but also assist the team in carrying out various activities such as the annual salary review, management of short-term incentive compensation, job evaluation, and market analyses.

Challenges You Will Face

- Support HR partners, managers, and employees with any questions and requests related to total compensation;

- Collaborate with team members in managing the annual salary review cycle and various variable compensation cycles;

- Participate in job evaluations and compensation surveys;

- Update salary structures for salaried, hourly, and unionized employees;

- Prepare clear and detailed reports, files, and presentations to be presented to senior management;

- Support the implementation and optimization of the Workday HRIS and the compensation management tools used by UAP;

- Ensure compensation practices compliance and data integrity according to UAP policies;

- Perform market analyses adapted to the distribution and retail sector.

Requirements

You have one to three years of experience in data analysis and compensation, and a university degree in human resources, actuarial science, finance, or a related field. You are passionate about numbers. You are also recognized for:

- Your analytical mindset and mastery of Excel that lead you to propose creative solutions;

- Your organizational skills that allow you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining productive and efficient in a dynamic environment;

- Your ability to work effectively with diverse teams;

- Your strong interest in communicating with various stakeholders, both in French and English;

- Knowledge of Workday is an asset.
