About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to design user-centric digital experiences that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with business goals. You'll play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our products, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
2. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders using tools like Jira, ClickUp, and Confluence.
4. Conduct and analyze user testing and research using platforms like TryMata to inform design decisions.
5. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries.
6. Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
7. Iterate on feedback to continuously improve product usability and aesthetics.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
3. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
4. Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, and user research tools like TryMate.
5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
