Client Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, and helping them navigate their life insurance policies. You will play an essential role in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service, all while contributing to the company's mission of financial security and peace of mind for families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle client calls and emails, addressing inquiries, policy questions, and general concerns.
2. Provide clear, accurate information to clients about their life insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options.
3. Ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience by promptly resolving issues and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update policy details as needed.
5. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
3. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
4. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
5. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to adapt to new technology and systems quickly.
