Sr. Product Configurator/Consultant - IMS Vertafore

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure applications within Vertafore IMS to meet business requirements.

- Customize workflows, forms, and reports for insurance operations.

- Integrate IMS with third-party systems (policy admin, billing, CRM).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IMS functionality.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and data security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Vertafore IMS

- Strong understanding of insurance domain (policy, claims, billing).

- Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).

- Familiarity with API integrations and data migration.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
