Backbase Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in an Architect role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a solution architect for large Backbase implementations.
- Good written communication skills; able to articulate and present solutions and design decisions to larger audiences and review teams.
- Ability to interpret and understand design, independently prepare high-level and detailed technical design documents for medium to large enhancements/developments.
- Ability to understand/analyze business requirements, enhancements and estimate effort required.
- Ability to articulate functional and technical requirements and share them with the team and/or client teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to business and senior management.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand impact of enhancements.
- Manage risks and issues related to deliverables in scope.
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
