This Role Offers - ✅ Remote work-from-home flexibility - ✅ Warm inbound leads — no cold calling - ✅ Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential - ✅ A collaborative team and full back-end support so you can focus on what you do best: selling Key Responsibilities - Engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions in home, auto, and commercial insurance. - Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, and the claims process to create a smooth, stress-free experience. - Drive revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and confidently presenting bundled solutions. - Build long-term client relationships based on trust, reliability, and results. - Own the follow-up process — conduct needs assessments, answer questions, and convert warm leads into satisfied clients. - Keep client records accurate and up-to-date using our internal systems. - Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates to better support your clients.
